With your subscription, you can contact investors and they can contact you. You can browse our database and use our campaign builder to contact these investors at scale. You can also access our startup documents and use our fundraising CRM with document tracking capabilities. If you are a Prime customer, you can also install our LinkedIn Warm Introduction Plugin and request one-on-one assistance with your account manager.

The Pings are the number of messages or emails you can send on the platform. One Ping equals one message to an investor. You can contact investors by sending them a message via the platform for the investor community, or by emailing them from the investor database. You can also contact investors by using our LinkedIn Warm Introduction Plugin. You don't need pings to contact founders in our community of founders.

As a general rule of thumb, you will need approximately 2 Pings per investor (accounting for updates and follow up messages). So, if you plan to contact 100 investors, you will need around 200 Pings. If you are contacting investors at scale, you can use our campaign builder to contact multiple investors at a time.

You can cancel your subscription at any time by clicking the "Cancel Subscription" button located next to your subscription details in your settings and in your profile page. Even after canceling, you can continue to use the subscription plan you've paid for until the end of your current billing period. At that point, your plan will be canceled.

Once payment has been processed, you will be listed on the platform and, as such, we initiate the product by sending emails to every investor who could be a potential match. Therefore, part of the value of Angels Partners is immediately being delivered, and, as a result, all sales are final on as per our Terms & Conditions. If you are not fundraising anymore, you can pause your subscription and resume it at any time.

Our Manage Account Plan is our most premium plan. It includes all the features of the Prime Plan, plus a dedicated account manager who will help handle all the work on the platform, using your fundraising strategy, to help with your outreach on LinkedIn.

Yes! The larger the plan, the less you pay per ping and investor. For example, one Ping on our Basic plan costs $1, while on one of our most popular plans, the Prime Plan, 1000 pings equates to around 50p/Ping (x2 less!). The price per lead changes drastically depending on your plan and on your subscription frequency. In this way, consider opting for a larger plan if you’re wanting to lower your costs per investor contacted.
