He served as Chief Executive Officer and President of AnyRiver Entertainment. He began his career as an intellectual property attorney at Fenwick & West. He has been a Director of K2 Network since December 2007. He served as a Director of Pogo.com. He studied JD from Harvard Law School and a BS in Electrical Engineering from University of Illinois.
