Edward Tinsley is a Co-Founder and serves as Partner at Southwestern Growth Partners. Tinsley is an angel investor. Prior to joining SWGP, Edward was an M&A attorney with UK-based law firm Linklaters LLP, participating in over $12 billion in equity and debt transactions focused primarily in the energy and private equity sectors. Edward acted on behalf of BP in their 2010 purchase from Devon Energy of oil and gas properties in the Gulf of Mexico, offshore Brazil and Azerbaijan, and on the subsequent divestment of certain assets post-Macondo. Edward also represented small and mid-size oil and gas companies in their acquisition of blocks in East Africa, the North Sea and the Middle East. He also acted for Ecopetrol, the state-owned oil and gas company of Colombia, in their financing of a refinery upgrade in Cartagena, Colombia, as well as on behalf of a client financing and developing an LNG plant on the Gulf Coast of Louisiana. In addition, Edward acted in several private equity acquisitions, on behalf of JC Flowers & Co., Ontario Teachers Pension Plan and the sovereign wealth funds of the People's Republic of China, Singapore and Abu Dhabi. Edward worked in Linklaters' offices in New York, London, Hong Kong and Sao Paulo. Edward received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and is a member of the New York bar. He received his Master of Science in European Politics and Governance from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in both International Relations and Communications from the University of Southern California.

Hillary Riggs is a Co-Founder of Knowm and also serves as its Chief Administrative Officer. She is an artist, business woman and entrepreneur. In 1981 Riggs and late husband Graham Nugent started Sombraje, a company manufacturing innovative twig shutters and hand crafted furniture. Soon they established a gallery in Santa Fe and a national market. In 1990 Riggs assumed control of Sombraje, and in 1995 successfully sold the company. She immediately started Quimera, manufacturing high-end one-of-a-kind art furniture. In 2001 Hillary became angel investor and founding partner of KnowmTech, an IP holding company for Knowm technology. Hillary has been instrumental in building the company infrastructure for Knowmtech and M. In 2012 when MANC was awarded an STTR PH2 contract, Hillary assumed the role of CAO at MANC. As CAO of the newly formed Knowm Inc.
