In addition, Edward acted in several private equity acquisitions, on behalf of JC Flowers & Co., Ontario Teachers Pension Plan and the sovereign wealth funds of the People's Republic of China, Singapore and Abu Dhabi. Edward worked in Linklaters' offices in New York, London, Hong Kong and Sao Paulo. Edward received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and is a member of the New York bar. He received his Master of Science in European Politics and Governance from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in both International Relations and Communications from the University of Southern California.

Hillary Riggs is a Co-Founder of Knowm and also serves as its Chief Administrative Officer. She is an artist, business woman and entrepreneur. In 1981 Riggs and late husband Graham Nugent started Sombraje, a company manufacturing innovative twig shutters and hand crafted furniture.
