He has made over 70+ seed and venture capital investments across several investment categories in India and the US. Pranav serves on the boards of and as an advisor to several of the companies in the portfolio. As part of an LP team, Pranav also engages with an extensive funding ecosystem of over 30 different investment vehicles across different asset classes such as early and growth stage venture capital, public markets, real estate project financing, and venture debt in India and the US. Before 3one4, Pranav was an early employee at EdCast, an education technology startup in the San Francisco Bay Area. At EdCast, he helped launch the company's operations and served as the founding Senior Product Manager. It is now a multi-million dollar revenue business with enterprise clients such as Salesforce, GE, HP, Accenture, Walmart, the WEF, and NASSCOM, and top-tier investors such as SoftBank, GE Capital, and Menlo Ventures. Pranav graduated with a Master's in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and with a Bachelor's in Electronics and Communications Engineering from RV College, Bangalore.

Before founding the company, Stephan attended Cornell University where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. Stephan grew up in Switzerland and the United Kingdom before attending college in the United States. Beyond his duties at the Actarus Funds, Stephan sits on the board of the Heineman Foundation, based in New York, and on the board of it's sister organization the Heineman-Stiftung, based in Berlin. The aims of the foundations are to give financial support to educational, artistic, cause-based, and scientific non-profit institutions. Stephan resides in Los Angeles.
