Mark Patricof is a senior advisor at Crestview. Mark is the founder of Patricof Co, a highly specialized merchant bank designed to meet the needs of a select group of athletes and sports professionals and backed by J.P. Morgan Private Equity Group (PEG). Mark previously served as managing director and co-head of Houlihan Lokey's technology, media and telecommunications group, following Houlihan Lokey's acquisition of MESA Global. Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mark was a co-founder and managing partner at MESA Global, a boutique investment bank focused on providing M&A advisory, private placement and structured finance services to high-growth companies across the media and entertainment landscape. He also managed MESA Ventures, an early stage venture fund that partnered with top-tier VCs to invest in e-commerce, advertising technology and digital content companies around the globe. Prior to MESA, Mark was founder and CEO of , an incubator/digital studio that financed, designed and built businesses for media and entertainment industry clients such as the BBC, CBS, Disney, Hearst and Viacom. Mark served as president and CEO of the company until it was sold to Omnicom. Mark began his career at Creative Artists Agency in Los Angeles.
