Previously, he helped to start SwiftReach Networks, a leading provider of enhanced telecommunications solutions for businesses & government. Prior to SwiftReach, he was the EVP of Product Management at Vettro, a SaaS-based provider of enterprise mobile applications for sales, fleet, and service organizations. Earlier in his career, Rishi held executive roles at AT&T and Lucent, where he was responsible for R&D, architecture & product management, and was GM for the international emerging technologies division. Arcara served as UGO's Executive Vice President and led multiple operating functions including affiliate network development, sales, and marketing. In 1992, Arcara formed DJA Media, Inc., which focused on turning around underperforming radio stations by improving product and sales.
