What is Nascent Ventures?

Nascent Ventures is a venture capital firm specializing in seed and early-stage investments. They are an active seed fund that incubates high-tech startups based on innovative technologies from Dutch research institutes and universities. With a focus on nano-technologies originating from fundamental and applied physics research in the Netherlands, Nascent Ventures aims to disrupt existing markets and create new ones.

Their areas of interest include optics, photonics, nano-biology, advanced instrumentation, components and circuits, mechatronics, embedded systems, and advanced materials.
