What is Redito?

Redito is an independent investment management firm that specializes in property management investments within the Nordic real estate market. Established in 2012, they focus on generating high and sustainable returns through creating and managing several successful real estate companies such as Trophi Fastighets AB, Serena Properties AB, Sinoma Fastigheter AB, and Redito Bostad.

In addition to real estate, Redito also invests in infrastructure and within the energy sector.

With a commitment to business acumen and simplicity, Redito prioritizes transparency and high ethical standards to establish close and long-term relationships with investors, tenants, and partners. They offer opportunities for institutional and private investors as well as listed and unlisted companies to co-invest with them. The firm's investment range is firmly staked at 205,800,000, marking both the minimum and maximum investment size they contribute.
