What is Asymmetric?

Asymmetric is an investment fund focused on the digital transformation of society through investments in blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies. They manage multiple funds with different investment strategies and risk profiles.

Their flagship fund is the Asymmetric Liquid Alpha Fund (LAF), a long/short discretionary hedge fund that uses fundamental, event/narrative-driven, and macroeconomic strategies. This fund has won numerous awards for its performance. Another fund, the Asymmetric High Volatility Fund (HVF), is also a long/short discretionary hedge fund that may use up to 3x leverage.

Aside from these, Asymmetric also offers the opportunity to invest in special situations like the Asymmetric Circle SPV, which allows investors to access private shares in Circle Inc. Their investment portfolio showcases various companies across different sectors within the blockchain and crypto space.

Asymmetric has a diverse approach with an emphasis on seed and Series A funding rounds. They generally look to invest a minimum of $100,000 to a maximum of $5,000,000, with a sweet spot of around $1,500,000 for their investments.
