Oddo BHF Asset Management is an independent leader in asset management in Europe and operates as the asset management arm of ODDO BHF Group. It was established through the acquisition of German investment firm Meriten Investment Management by French group Oddo & Cie from BNY Mellon in 2015.

This brought together ODDO BHF AM SAS (France), ODDO BHF AM GmbH (Germany), and ODDO BHF AM Lux (Luxembourg) under a single brand. Oddo BHF Asset Management specializes in Acquisition and has expertise in various financial instruments and services.

They invest in a range of industries, including Software (Web Marketplace SaaS, etc.), IT & TMT, Hardware & Manufacturing, and Mobile. The firm leverages fundamental and thematic equity strategies as well as quantitative, fixed income, and multi-asset approaches.
