What is Native American Venture Fund?

Native American Venture Fund (NAVF) is a socially responsible impact investment fund dedicated to generating tangible social and economic benefits for Native American communities, alongside providing investors with projected double-digit returns. NAVF primarily provides capital, leadership, and vision to federally and state-recognized Native American tribes, aiming to create scalable and sustainable tribal economies.

The fund's investment strategy focuses on leveraging unique economic and legal advantages bestowed upon Native American tribes by the US government, to establish and operate successful business ventures across various sectors.

These sectors include finance, FinTech, pharmaceutical production and distribution, specialty finance, renewable energy, e-commerce inversions, online gaming/lottery/fantasy, and carbon credit projects. Through its investments, NAVF emphasizes job creation, infrastructure development, housing improvements, and educational advancement within Native American communities. NAVF targets an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of over 15%, offering a 'Preferred Return' on invested capital to its members.

Additional payouts are scheduled after the fund has returned all initial capital contributions to its investors. The fund's initiatives are devised to provide tribal enterprises the ability to become economically self-sufficient.

By availing of federal chartered business facilitations, Native American Tribes can exercise special privileges making NAVF's investment thesis not only unique but also potentially more lucrative due to these exclusive economic and legal frameworks.
