They aim to invest between $10 and $40 million, focusing on health services, wellness, infrastructure services, and business services sectors. With a team of 11 professionals boasting 100 years of collective investing experience, they manage over $500 million across offices in Washington, D.C., North Carolina, and Dallas.

Their strategy involves patient, long-term capital investment, with an emphasis on industries such as Health & Wellness, Outsourced Business Services, and Franchising—sectors they are familiar with and have extensive experience in. Halifax's portfolio includes companies like Universal Air Conditioner, Elevate Care International, 101 Mobility, The Liberty Group, CDL Nuclear Technologies, Southern Exteriors, PJ United, TriMech, and Maverick Fitness.
