They aim to contribute equity investments with a focus on companies positioned for expansion or undergoing management buyouts/leveraged buyouts (MBO/LBO), turnarounds, restructuring, private investment in public equity (PIPE), privatization, secondary purchases, or at various funding stages including Seed, Series A, Convertible Note, Series B, and Series C rounds.
