APICAP is an independent management company, regulated by the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) since 2001, specializing in private equity and real estate investment with a focus on high-growth SMEs in France. With over two decades of experience, they have dedicated efforts to support the real economy by investing in market segments that are generally underserved by the financial sector yet have significant value creation potential. Their approach involves aiding segments such as hotel and real estate, sea transport containers, information technology, software, hardware, telecommunication, internet, life sciences, distribution, and services. In real estate, APICAP formulates value-added real estate funds that offer investments over a short duration, approximately four years, targeting plus-value returns primarily through activities such as property trading (acquisition, refurbishing, and reselling) or real estate promotion (construction for sale). They also propose innovative solutions that allow liquidity to be generated from a real estate asset without relinquishing ownership. Regarding private equity, they concentrate on underserved, value-creating markets, divulged through their three Business Units: 'Ardens IV' for development capital and transmission capital, 'Océan Indien' for regional venture capital, development capital, and transmission capital, and 'Trust Esport'—the first investment fund dedicated to the seeding of Esport start-ups. Their commitment to balanced and sustainable economic and social development is asserted through their adherence to a Charter for Responsible Investment (ESG/ISR).
