Santiago Valbuena, with a PhD in economics and extensive background in Telecommunications, serves as a shareholder and Board Member. Gilmar Camurra brings expertise as a shareholder and Chairman of the Board, with experience in finance from global banking institutions. CEO Felipe Zaghen leverages his decades of financial experience to lead the firm, while Wagner Arajo focuses on Private Equity team and portfolio performance. Viviane Radiuk and Caio Andrade are responsible for monitoring portfolio companies and prospecting new opportunities for the Venture Capital funds. The team is further supported by Elaine Falcon, Mateus Dinon, and Leonardo Nepomuceno, who bring their own expertise to the firm's day-to-day operations and investment strategies.
