What is Guinness Asset Management?

Guinness Asset Management is an investment firm that has established itself as a leading EIS fund manager and investor in growth companies since 2010. This approach allows them to mitigate risk by creating balanced and diversified portfolios. The Guinness EIS closes tranches quarterly and targets full investment in the same tax year as a tranche closes, with the expectation of investing in a portfolio of more than ten investee companies across a range of sectors.

They aim for a minimum of 10 investments per client portfolio with target characteristics such as experienced management teams, good visibility on future growth, and robust deal dynamics. Their investment process includes origination through their network of contacts, due diligence, transaction management, regular formal communication, and active monitoring for exit opportunities.
