Siddarth Pai serves as Co-Founding Partner & Chief Financial Officer at 3one4 Capital. At 3one4 Capital, Siddarth leads a team of finance professionals and business analysts that manage the end-to-end processes from deal evaluations and diligence over legal and financial dimensions to portfolio management operations across the set of deployments. He also leads the core team that has specified and built proprietary software systems for portfolio management, financial analysis, metrics tracking, cross-category research, and valuation exercises. He has successfully closed more than 60 investments in companies through the fund and is regularly consulted by the top audit, accounting, taxation, and legal professionals in the venture investment field in India. Siddarth has also lead over 30 investments in other investment vehicles across multiple asset classes in India and the US. Siddarth is a member of policy and regulatory consultancy panels at iSpirt, an Indian software and product advocacy think tank, and a Project Lead at the Bangalore chapter of the Global Shapers, a World Economic Forum initiative. Siddarth has completed his Chartered Accountancy exams from the Institute of Chartered Accountants, India, and holds a Bachelor's in Commerce from St Joseph's Commerce College, Bangalore.

Before 3one4, Pranav was an early employee at EdCast, an education technology startup in the San Francisco Bay Area. At EdCast, he helped launch the company's operations and served as the founding Senior Product Manager. It is now a multi-million dollar revenue business with enterprise clients such as Salesforce, GE, HP, Accenture, Walmart, the WEF, and NASSCOM, and top-tier investors such as SoftBank, GE Capital, and Menlo Ventures. Pranav graduated with a Master's in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and with a Bachelor's in Electronics and Communications Engineering from RV College, Bangalore.
