Tremont Realty Capital is the commercial real estate finance division of The RMR Group LLC and operates as a major player in the commercial real estate finance market. Founded in 2000 and headquartered in Newton, Massachusetts, Tremont specializes in raising debt and equity capital for owners of commercial real estate. As a subsidiary of The RMR Group LLC, Tremont is an SEC registered investment adviser and manages investment vehicles such as the Seven Hills Realty Trust, focusing on first mortgage loans secured by middle market and transitional commercial real estate.

Property types eligible for financing include industrial, life science, multi-family, manufactured housing, self-storage, medical office, retail, and hospitality. Tremont capitalizes on RMR’s experience in buying, selling, financing, and operating CRE to deliver solutions for property owners who need flexible financing arrangements, whether for acquisitions, recapitalizations, or value-add and transition situations.
