Rantum Capital is an investment and asset management firm that specializes in subordinated loans and mezzanine capital for the German-speaking region (DACH area). They provide flexible financing solutions often in the form of subordinated debt that is junior to bank financing and serve as economic equity, playing an important role in larger financing projects.

Their investment approach combines industrial experience from their 18 industry partners and financial expertise from the investment team, which is seen as a central component of their investment philosophy. Rantum Capital manages three private debt funds focused on financing mid-sized companies in the German-speaking area.

They also oversee two private equity funds with a concentration on majority equity investments in medium-sized businesses with growth potential, benefiting from Rantum Capital's expertise and networks.
