With headquarters at 333 Wilson Avenue, Suite 600, North York, Ontario, M3H 1T2, Canada, the fund boasts extensive expertise in both equity and mezzanine financing. Their investment focus includes software services such as Web Marketplaces, SaaS, business solutions, hardware and manufacturing, energy, clean technologies, food and beverage, logistics and distribution, material science, aerospace and defense, and consumer products.

The team is led by Sunil Selby who, prior to his current role as Managing Partner at Parallel49 Equity and President of Volante Systems, was an Investment Director at Royal Bank Equity Partners.

Alongside him is Dominic Talalla, also a Managing Partner, with previous experience as CEO of Datec Coating Corporation and roles at General Electric and BDC Venture Capital.
