MidCoast Capital is a merchant bank that specializes in secondary market transactions, corporate finance advisory services, and direct investment opportunities for affluent families and institutions. With a keen interest in sectors including Software, Hardware, A.I., Big Data, and Manufacturing, they look for companies with a strong market presence, a minimum of $2 million in annual EBIT, and an enterprise value ranging between $20 million and $75 million. Since its inception in 2002, MidCoast has been actively managing secondary interest funds, currently making purchases through their seventh fund, Diversified Private Equity Investors VII, LP.
