Founded in early 2012 by Y Combinator Partners Garry Tan and Harjeet Taggar and Reddit Inc. co-founder Alexis Ohanian, Initialized Capital is a $39 million fund that invests between $100,000 and $500,000. The fund looks to invest in early-stage companies of all sectors across the U.S. Initialized Capital is open to all companies, regardless of whether they have been part of the Y Combinator program or not.
