What is Gimv NV?

Gimv NV is a European investment company with a focus on long-term sustainable growth, managing a diverse portfolio of approximately 60 companies which together have a turnover of EUR 4.0 billion and over 20,000 employees. Positioned as an active shareholder, Gimv operates across five strategic investment platforms aligned with societal challenges including digitization, automation, electrification, energy efficiency, sustainable food, well-being, and healthcare.

As a private equity fund with EUR 1.6 billion in portfolio value, Gimv supports entrepreneurial companies at various stages of growth from Seed to Later Stage, including MBO/LBO, and Corporate Divestiture, with an investment range of EUR 5 to 50 million.
