What is EstBAN?

EstBAN (Estonian Business Angels Network) is an angel network dedicated to empowering startups and investors. As a member-led organization, EstBAN is committed to finding, funding, and mentoring ambitious young companies from their initial pitch to successful exit.

EstBAN provides a unique value proposition as a bridge between initial friends-and-family rounds and venture capital funding, by offering startups access to its network of over 250 members for capital, experience, mentoring, and connections. They aim to build synergy between startups and angel investors, creating a community with a unicorn mindset for startup investors.

EstBAN members, as experienced business angels, participate actively in the startup ecosystem through syndicated investment rounds, which represent exceptional opportunities for investors to shadow invest alongside some of the most experienced angels in the region. EstBAN is also involved in organizing significant events, such as the EBAN Congress Tallinn 2024, and provides access to quality international deal flow for investors.

Their annual investments showcase their active involvement and impact in the startup scene, with 2023 seeing a combined investment of over 13 million euros into startups.
