Boston Impact Initiative (BII) is an impact-investing firm that advances economic and racial justice by fostering a sustainable and inclusive economy, particularly in Massachusetts and the Northeast region.

BII's primary mission is to serve as a catalyst that enables entrepreneurs and communities of color to gain financial, social, and political power, with a strong commitment to closing the racial wealth gap. The predecessor, BII Fund I, fully deployed $6.9 million in 50 for-profit entities, cooperatives, and non-profits in Eastern Massachusetts, setting a template for their ongoing strategy.
