Founded in 1992 by David Grieve and headquartered in Sonoma, California, ACV specializes in the acquisition and management of single-tenant net-leased retail, multi-family, industrial/office, restaurant, and mixed-use redevelopment opportunities.

They manage a commercial real estate portfolio valued at approximately $800 million, encompassing various holdings across the United States.
