Dave Munichiello serves as General Partner at GV. His background is in building and leading fast-growing, highly technical organizations under pressure in ambiguous environments. Dave joins Google Ventures from the executive leadership team of Kiva Systems where he helped grow the eCommerce-enabling robotics company to ultimately sell to Amazon for $775 million. Dave's four years at Kiva were spent launching, leading, and growing several client-facing organizations. He established a reputation for consistently recruiting top talent and both building and leading high-performing tea Dave played a key role at Kiva through its first year of integration with Amazon as the two companies partnered to maximize Kiva's impact and shape Amazon's perspective on industrial automation. Dave's career prior to Kiva included management consulting for The Boston Consulting Group and leading teams as a Captain in the U.S. military's most elite units. His military leadership roles ranged from running a high-tech organization in Europe; to serving as an Aide de Camp to the Four Star General responsible for U.S. forces in Europe, Africa, and Afghanistan; to deploying with elite special operations teams worldwide, ensuring they were enabled by the world's most advanced technologies. Dave holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.S. from Emory University in math and computer science.

Among the many fields DNX invests in, he has a special passion for Enterprise Services and Fintech. At DNX, He has led investments in PayJoy and SafeGraph, and serves on the boards of Banzai, Creadits, Paystand and Peatix.

Seth Berman is a Co-Founder and serves as General Partner at Susa Ventures. Prior to Susa, Seth worked at The Richemont Group, doing strategic marketing across their brand portfolio for nine years. Richemont is a publicly traded company on the Swiss stock exchange (CFR:VX) which owns luxury brands that include Cartier, Mont Blanc, and Chloe. Seth used non-traditional marketing tactics to grow brands by creating cultural awareness and purpose behind Richemont products. He has worked with Richemont's investments doing idea exchange and re-focusing management with strategic planning. His previous experience includes launching Formula 1 Racing in the United States. Seth graduated from the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business in 2000.
Stuart Peterson is a Co-Founder and serves as General Partner at ARTIS Ventures. Before forming ARTIS in 2001, Stuart was a Managing Director of The Cypress Funds, where he was responsible for the firm's technology sector investments and strategy. Stuart was a Vice President and Co-Portfolio Manager with Portfolio Advisory Services focused on growth company investment management. Stuart currently serves on the board of directors for Stem CentRx, a stem cell centric cancer therapy company. He is also a board advisor for Omicia, a genomic interpretation platform. Stuart currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the SF MOMA and is actively involved in the Tipping Point Community and MCDS. Stuart received his B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles and his M.B.A. in Analytic Finance from The University of Chicago's Graduate School of Business. Sean Dempsey is a Co-Founder and serves as Managing Director at Merus Capital. He also is an Angel Investor. Before co-founding Merus, Sean was a Principal of Corporate Development at Google, responsible for acquisitions and investments including Android, YouTube, and Postini. Prior to Google, he spent over six years at Microsoft in the Corporate Development team. At Microsoft, he led over 40 acquisitions and investments including Bungie, the creator of the Xbox hit Halo. In addition to M&A, Sean was part of the original team to drive Microsoft's living room strategy which ultimately became the Xbox game console. His areas of focus at Google and Microsoft included consumer web services, online and traditional advertising, online video, gaming and enterprise SaaS. Before joining Microsoft, he spent two years in technology Mergers & Acquisitions at Deutsche Morgan Grenfell in Menlo Park and was a Research Analyst at the Jennings Group in San Francisco. Outside of Merus, Sean is an avid trail runner and is doing his small part in keeping the Bay Area trails alive and well through his involvement on the Board of the Peninsula Open Space Trust. He is also an Advisory Board Member of the Kravis Leadership Institute at Claremont McKenna College where he graduated with degrees in Economics/Environment/Politics and French.

Jenny M. Lee joined 5AM Ventures in December 2009 and serves as VP of Finance. She brings over 20 years of experience in financial management as well as start-up operating experience.
Prior to joining 5AM she was CFO at Global Catalyst Partners, a multi-stage venture capital firm, and previously served as Controller at Gabriel Venture Partners, an early-stage venture capital firm.
Ms. Lee began her career at Ernst & Young working in tax and audit and has operating experience as a controller at several emerging companies.
She holds a BS in Business Administration/Accounting from California State University, East Bay, and a MS in Taxation from Golden Gate University, San Francisco.
