Northstar Group is a private equity and venture capital firm headquartered in Singapore, managing over US$2.6 billion in committed equity capital. Founded in 2003 by Patrick Walujo and Glenn Sugita, the firm has become a prominent investor in Southeast Asia, particularly in Indonesia.

Northstar Group predominantly focuses on growth companies in Indonesia and, to a lesser extent, other countries in Southeast Asia. They have raised four private equity funds and one venture capital fund, investing in over 30 companies across various sectors such as banking, insurance, retail, oil and gas, coal and mining services, technology, telecom, and agribusiness.
