First Virtual Group is a diversified holding company that manages the investments of Tom Siebel. This initiative identifies the most talented students at premier graduate schools around the world in business, computer science, bioengineering, and energy science. Each year, they award $35,000 scholarships to over 90 students to support their final year of graduate studies.

Since its inception in 2000, the Siebel Scholars Foundation has grown into an active and lifetime community comprising over 1,900 leaders. They also sponsor conferences to tackle global issues, aiming to foster collaborative efforts for addressing the world's most pressing problems.
