Founded by siblings Deborah and Donnie Lygonis together with Stephen Bracegirdle, they have a history on the Nordic startup scene dating back to 1995 with their first company, Romelix Interactive, and have since engaged in over 50 startups. As senior project managers and business developers, the founders have participated in significant industrial projects across Europe.

Currently, they invest in ventures that align with their vision of positive social impact, targeting the early-stage companies in pre-seed phases, primarily within the Nordics and Baltics region. They are part of the Nordic Ignite Business Angel Network.

Constant Innovation's minimum investment starts at $3,760,000 and can go up to $5,000,000. They have an extensive portfolio that includes Friendbase, a social network aimed at young teenagers, Entrepreneurs Without Borders, a non-profit spreading female-led business impact, and Mellanml Inc, an importer and seller of Swedish healthy snacks in the US.
