About The Fund

Brera Capital Partners is a global private equity investment firm with a strategic focus on acquiring controlling positions in a select number of companies. They manage a substantial $680 million fund through Brera Capital Partners Limited Partnership and are adept at investing in a range of scenarios which often involve non-core, frequently underperforming divisions of large corporations, as well as private or publicly held companies experiencing a strategic transition. Additionally, they cater to enterprises in need of growth capital. Their investment methodology encompasses traditional management buyouts, significant recapitalizations, including controlling minority investments, and corporate restructurings. They primarily target companies that have, or have the potential to achieve, an enterprise value of over $250 million. Moreover, Brera is capable of delivering in excess of $150 million of equity capital per transaction and has the capability to bring their investors on board for co-investment in larger prospects.
