AREA Property Partners, previously known as AREA Real Estate, was a global real estate fund manager that actively engaged in real estate investments in the United States starting in 1993 and expanding to a worldwide presence since 1995. The firm specialized in a plethora of real estate investment strategies, catering to a diverse investment spectrum through its opportunity funds, value-added funds, and a lending business.
