What is Seed Spot?

SEED SPOT is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to empowering diverse entrepreneurs who aim to tackle social challenges with their business ventures. They focus on supporting impact-driven founders from underrepresented communities by providing education, acceleration, and investment opportunities. SEED SPOT believes that entrepreneurial innovation can address critical social issues and bring about meaningful change at both local and global levels.

Their programs are designed to make entrepreneurship accessible to all, irrespective of the stage of their business idea. SEED SPOT's investment thesis revolves around impact-first ventures with the potential for scalable social benefits across areas such as Health and Wellness, Environmental Sustainability, Equality and Economic Opportunity, Civic Engagement, and Education.

The organization offers a variety of programs, including Impact Accelerators, which offer immersive eight-week courses aimed at preparing high-impact ventures to scale through targeted training, revenue growth, and fundraising preparation. They also provide a 2-Day Launch Camp, a live, interactive workshop for early stage idea entrepreneurs to kickstart their businesses with the help of mentors and a supportive community.
