Keadyn is a venture capital firm based in Rotterdam, Netherlands, that focuses on investing in early-stage startups across various sectors, primarily within the technology space. They specialize in Software (Web, Marketplace, SaaS), IT and TMT, Media, Retail and E-Commerce, Sales and Marketing, IoT and Wearables, and Mobile.

Their philosophy centers on the belief that founders are the core drivers of the economy and modern businesses, and hence their support extends not just through financial investment but also by fostering a valuable community and providing expert involvement to ensure a sustainable future for innovative companies.

Keadyn invests between €200,000 and €1,250,000 in promising startups at stages including Early, Seed, Series A, and Series B, along with Angel investment opportunities. The firm is composed of a dynamic team of four experienced entrepreneurs and three investors from diverse backgrounds, adopting a revolutionary approach to venture investing.

They don't operate with a traditional focus on money but instead choose to work with the money to actively add value to the startups they back.

Keadyn is spearheaded by co-founders and managing partners Ohad Gilad and Martijn Don, full-stack office manager Martine Smit, and venture partners Dave Dirks and Paul Musters.

The firm also backs its portfolio companies by providing access to its co-working space, 42 Workspace, in Rotterdam.
