With a comprehensive investment range, ACF Investors commits between £100,000 to £5,000,000 per deal, while their typical 'sweet spot' for investments is around £1,500,000. They concentrate on Seed, Early Stage, Series A, and Series B financing rounds across varied industries, including BioTech, Business Solutions, and DeepTech, as well as the consumer sector. The fund insists on alignment of interests; they do not participate in rounds where angels have previously invested and prefer to align their investments with the same or similar share classes as the angels.
