Evergreen Pacific Partners (EPP) is a $700 million private equity fund based in the Pacific Northwest investing in private, traditional, middle-market companies in Western North America. Evergreen Pacific Partner investments include traditional buyouts, management led buyouts, and growth equity investments in companies with greater than $50 million in revenue and requiring a minimum equity investment of $15 million. Consistent with the Partners' experiences, EPP's industry investment focus is manufacturing/distribution, specialty packaging, consumer products and cable television/radio.
