Chad Byers is a Co-Founder and serves as General Partner at Susa Ventures. Prior to Susa, Chad served on the management team at Integrate.com as the Sr. Director of Platform, managing the buildout and sales of AdHQ, a unified platform that allowed agencies and brands to manage all of their performance advertising spend through a single dashboard. While in operating roles, Chad was also an active angel investor, building a portfolio of close to 10 companies including Momentum Machines, Locality (Centzy), and True&co. Before Integrate, Chad spent close to four years at Silver Spring Networks, a leading Smart Grid technology provider. Previous to AIG, Craig was Chief Executive Officer of Cendant Japan, a joint venture startup he founded with Cendant and Mitsubishi Corporation that he helped grow from inception to over $20 million in sales and profitability. Before that, he worked in product, marketing, finance and operations roles at Cendant during its growth from less than a $1 billion to over a $40 billion public company. Craig has personally invested in over a dozen startups including Ancestry, SurveyMonkey, Zillow and Zipcar. In addition, Craig has held independent board and advisory roles with Homestead (prior to its sale to Intuit), Kongregate (GameStop), Logoworks (Hewlett Packard), Netquote (BankRate), and Photobucket (Fox).
