John Johns serves as the Chairman at Protective Life. Previously he served as Chief Executive Officer of Protective Life since 2002 and President from 2002 to January 2016. He joined Protective Life in 1993 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He also serves as a Board member at Southern Company.
