Simon Boag serves as Chief Technology Officer at Kensington Capital Acquisition. Boag served as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner at IncWell. He is responsible for all day-to-day operations, including the startup recruitment activities, due diligence process, and all the deal term negotiations with the respective startup companies. He was also a Board Member at CureLauncher. Prior to IncWell, Simon served as CEO of Stage 2 Innovations, a $100 million late-stage fund, along with 25 years of additional executive experience in manufacturing, purchasing, and parts & services positions at Chrysler, Case New Holland, General Motors, and CAMI Automotive. He has a degree in Management from Stanford University in 2000.
