C3 Capital is a fund management company based in Kansas City, with satellite offices in Phoenix and Dallas. Todd Foster is the Founder & serves as Managing Partner at Sabine Capital Partners. He is also an angel investor. Foster has 20 years of experience in commercial banking, corporate finance, private equity and venture capital investing. Prior to founding Sabine, Foster was a commercial banker with Citigroup in New York and Dubai.
