C3 Capital is a fund management company based in Kansas City, with satellite offices in Phoenix and Dallas. C3 currently manages three funds (C3 Capital Partners, L.P., C3 Capital Partners II, L.P. and C3 Capital Partners III, L.P.), with approximately $430 million in assets that provide capital for businesses to finance later stage growth, strategic acquisitions, ownership transitions, and recapitalizations. C3 was founded in 1994 and has invested $318 million in 63 small businesses. The funds make $2 million to $10 million investments in the form of subordinated debt or preferred equity, and are licensed as Small Business Investment Companies. The firm targets companies with earnings before interest and taxes of at least $1.5 million in industries that include chemicals, plastics, energy, business services, distribution, and high value-added manufacturing. C3 will not invest in real estate, oil and gas exploration, financial institutions, or businesses involving a significant bet on the evolution of specific technologies or with a high risk of technological obsolescence. The firm's geographic focus is on the Midwest and South, but will consider investments nationally.

Todd Foster is the Founder & serves as Managing Partner at Sabine Capital Partners. He is also an angel investor. Foster has 20 years of experience in commercial banking, corporate finance, private equity and venture capital investing. Prior to founding Sabine, Foster was a commercial banker with Citigroup in New York and Dubai. He also served as special general partner with Cottonwood Capital Partners and as a vice president with Frontline Capital Group in New York.
