Early Stage VC Focused on Future of Homes / Retail
Most Interested In
Love founders with bold visions on the future of homes and housing. Particularly love if the idea sits at the intersection of capitalism and altruism. Personally think of housing tech as four spaces: construction/homebuilding tech (robots, offsite, jobsite tech), transaction / finance tech (mortgage, ibuyers, insurance, rental platforms), home improvement tech (D2C, products, services, data, smart home) and housing consumption tech (co-living, aging in place, small spaces)
Not Interested In
Bio, pharma or space tech. All are interesting but I don't have the technical know-how or the pocketbook to fund them.
