Lee Zapis serves as President at Zapis Capital Group. He is a Co-founder of Ads In Motion Outdoors and serves as its Vice President. He also serves as Board Member at Playlist.com, Groupmatics, and Sonicbids. Zapis joined forces with other family members to form the firm in 2003. In recent years, he has been an active investor in local technology companies. Zapis was one of the early investors in SpineMatrix. He has more than 25 successful years as a radio executive. During his radio career, Zapis participated in the launching of five new radio stations in Cleveland, Ohio; Akron, Ohio; Youngstown, Ohio; Atlanta, Georgia; and Boston, Massachusetts. While in the broadcast industry, he was the President of Zapis Communications. Under Zapis' leadership, his radio stations received many national awards, including Billboard Magazine's Black Radio Station of the Year; Program Director of the Year; Music Director of the Year; and Air Personality of the Year. He is a current Director at O-Web Techologies and Everstream, where he was also an investor. Zapis joined the Board of Sonicbids, where he also most recently, invested.
