Founded in 2000, Spire Capital is an active and experienced private equity firm with an investment focus in small market companies within the business services, information services, media, and communications sectors. Spire Capital currently has approximately $600 million in assets under management across two funds. Spire Capital focuses on companies typically under $100 million in Enterprise Value with significant operating leverage, barriers to entry, recurring revenue streams and superior growth potential. Spire creates value by (i) expanding distribution channels, (ii) broadening geographic territory, (iii) increasing the number of, and demand for, products or services, (iv) pursuing strategic acquisitions and (v) facilitating new business relationships for our companies within our vast network of relationships. Spire Capital's primary focus on small market companies with enterprise value of $100MM or less (typically $5.0MM-$10MM in EBITDA) insulates it to some degree to the extremely competitive upper small market and mid market where firms typically focus on companies with EBITDA of $10MM or more and enterprise values exceeding $100MM. The firm's investment focus is almost exclusively domestic.

Founder | CEO at Dialexa
We're not in the business of normal... At Dialexa, we design and engineer award-winning technology products across mobile, web, Internet of Things (IoT) and embedded device platforms. Our customers span from venture backed startups, to Fortune 500 companies and government agencies. We are headquartered in the heart of downtown Dallas, Texas. From strategic consulting to visual and interactive design, to software and hardware development, to product and service launch planning, Dialexa loves to solve the hardest technology challenges. Dialexa believes that digital transformation is changing all industries - our projects have spanned automotive, health care, consumer goods, enterprise software, financial services, aerospace, defense, transportation, retail, technology, media and telecommunications. In 2014, Dialexa started a new division under the name of Dialexa Labs. This is a self-funded venture lab where Dialexa invests its resources to solve complex and interesting problems. The idea behind Dialexa Labs is to develop internal products or services that could spin out new companies. To date we've spun out two companies: Robin and Vinli. Previously I was in charge of Operations at 2GO Software Solutions in Plano, TX. We built software for rugged mobile devices (kind of like the UPS/Fedex guys carry and you sign). We did Proof of Delivery like Fedex package tracking, Field Service which is like electronic work orders, and Direct Store Delivery which is field distribution software. We did work for some of the largest companies in the US. A friend and I built CharityFusion.com as a project to allow people to donate money to charities for free. Browser Plug-ins, Toolbars, Facebook applications etc. It was a pretty interesting project. I am a level 2 CFA candidate. Specialties: managing start-up enterprises, user experience, product planning, building amazing teams, organizing start-ups etc., marketing, sales, operations, a little bit of finance
