Todd Blue is the Founder of The indiGO Auto Group. Todd served as CEO from January 2010-July 2020. As the Chairman from its inception, Todd continued later to serve on indiGO’s board of directors after he sold the balance of his interest in the business to Pon Holdings in October of 2019. Todd retired from indiGO in July of 2020. Todd began his career joining Luria Brother’s (a division of Connell Limited Partnership) Chicago office as an account executive in 1992 within its steel-mill-service and trading group. He later joined Louisville Scrap Material Company in 1994 where he served as Vice President of Commercial Trading. After partnering to purchase the company and its affiliates, he later sold most of its assets to Progress Rail for whom Todd served as the metals division’s Executive Vice President between 1998 & 2000. Todd joined Cobalt Ventures LLC (which he previously co-founded) full time in 2000. Todd formed indiGO Classic Cars in 2006 and the company became the indiGO Auto Group when it acquired Porsche North Houston in 2010 and Lamborghini Houston in 2011. Rancho Mirage’s Desert European Motorcars (which includes franchises for Porsche, Audi, Jaguar, Land Rover, Rolls-Royce, Aston Martin, Bentley, Lamborghini and McLaren) was acquired by indiGO in 2013. In 2015, Todd consolidated two former Porsche dealerships in St. Louis, MO to form Porsche St. Louis. BMW of Palm Springs was added in 2016. In July 2017, indiGO was awarded the Rolls-Royce North Houston franchise. In October of 2017, Todd formed a strategic alliance with Pon Holdings of the Netherlands. With this transaction, Pon became the largest investor in the indiGO Auto Group. In December 2017, indiGO acquired Jaguar Riverside. In November 2019, indiGO acquired Porsche Marin, Audi Marin and Volkswagen Marin and in December acquired McLaren Houston. Todd previously sat on the Porsche Cars North America Board of Regents where he represented his fellow dealers from the southern region, the Aston Martin of the Americas Dealer Advisory Panel, the BMW Western Region Business Council and The Presidential Cabinet for Bentley USA. In 2020 Todd formed Lapis Management (an investment company) in Houston. In January of 2021 Todd was appointed a board seat as a director at Kataman Metals in St Louis.
