Jeff Amerine is a Co-Founder and serves as Managing Partner at Cadron Capital Partners. He serves as Advisor at MineWhat and Qbox. Jeff Amerine served as Manager & Investor at Gravity Ventures Arkansas. He is also a Board Member at Cardiowise. Jeff's career has involved creating, financing and deploying high-tech telecommunications and information technology products and services. He has held senior leadership positions in seven startup ventures and three Fortune 500 companies over the past 23 years. Jeff joined the University of Arkansas Technology Ventures in February 2008 to implement effective strategies and methods that lead to commercialization of world-class research. In addition, Jeff teaches entrepreneurship and at the Walton College of Business. Jeff also serves as a consultant to a state program called Innovate Arkansas which is chartered with the creation and support of a knowledge-based economy in Arkansas. In 2010, Jeff helped found a 21-member, tech-focused, angel investment fund called Gravity Ventures Arkansas. Gravity Ventures Arkansas has made seven investments in high tech, high growth startups in Arkansas. Jeff holds a BS, Physical Science from the United States Naval Academy, an MS in Operations Management from the University of Arkansas. Jeff is a certified project management professional (PMP) in good standing since 2002. He is also a Board Member at OsteoVantage.

Kenny Tomlin is the Founder of Rockfish Interactive and serves as Chairman & Co-Founder at SubVRsive. Kenny Tomlin is also the founder and CEO of Rockfish, a full-service digital innovation agency that was acquired by WPP in 2011. Founded in 2005, Rockfish has grown to become one of the top agencies in the industry and digital innovation partner to some of the world's leading brands. Kenny is also the co-founder and Executive Chairman of YouEarnedIt.com, the most flexible and dynamic employee-engagement platform on the market. Previously, he founded i-Soft, a computer-based learning company, and CustomGolf.com, a global e-commerce company, leading them both to successful exits. Kenny is a serial entrepreneur, active angel investor, and advisor to more than 20 startup companies, and regularly writes and speaks about topics including digital marketing, technology, and entrepreneurship.

Jerry Gramaglia serves as Non-Executive Chairman at Acxiom. He also is an Angel Investor. His experience as President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Marketing Officer of a public company, his service on the boards of other public companies, and his marketing, financial, technology and management expertise qualify him to serve on our Board. Through his experience, he brings an extensive, multi-disciplined perspective to the Board. As an advisor to early-stage companies, Gramaglia's knowledge of cutting-edge technological developments is particularly valuable as new and emerging technologies are important factors that contribute to the success of the Company. His previous executive and board experience provide him with key skills in working with the other directors, understanding board processes and functions, responding to the financial, strategic and operational challenges and opportunities of our business, and overseeing management, all of which qualify him to chair the Board. Gramaglia, the Non-Executive Chairman of the Board, is a private investor and advisor to technology start-ups, previously served as partner for Arrowpath Venture Partners, and as president and chief operating officer of E*TRADE Group Inc. (NASDAQ: ETFC). He served in 2011 for a four-month period as Acxiom's interim chief executive officer and president while a search was conducted for a new CEO. Gramaglia began his career at Procter & Gamble and later held senior marketing and general management positions at Nestle, PepsiCo, Imasco and Sprint. He currently serves on the board of WageWorks (NYSE: WAGE), a leading provider of tax-advantaged employee benefits, and is a former director of Coldwater Creek, a national retailer of women's apparel. He holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Denison University.
