Leo Polovets is a Co-Founder and serves as General Partner at Susa Ventures. In 2003, Leo was the 2nd non-founding engineer at LinkedIn, where he helped build many core features like LinkedIn Jobs and LinkedIn Groups. After LinkedIn, he developed payment fraud detection systems at Google, then spent four years building much of the core data processing infrastructure at Factual. Leo left Factual in late 2012 to join Susa Ventures and focus on venture capital. He's also an angel investor in companies including DataFox, Lumoid, and Momentum Machines. Leo holds a BS with Honors degree from Caltech, and in 2002, he was one of three members of Caltech's world finalist ACM International Programming Contest team.
