He earned his M-Phil, MA and PhD in Econometrcis from Columbia University and BS in Civil Engineering from United States Military Academy. He serves as a Board Member at Threatcare. Before he became an entrepreneur, Craig spent 17 years in the Army, most of that time as an Intelligence Officer serving in support of the National Security Agency (NSA). Craig deployed to Afghanistan with the Joint Special Operations Command where he earned the Bronze Star. He also served as an Assistant Professor of Political Science in the Department of Social Sciences at West Point, NY. Craig received a B.S. in Political Science from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, where he was their first Truman Scholar, and he received a Ph.D. in Political Science (minor: Econometrics) from Columbia University. In 2015, Craig was selected by HillVets as one of the 100 most influential and impactful veterans in the United States and, in 2016, Inc. Magazine named him as one of the Top 20 Military Veteran Entrepreneurs in the US. Craig was recently selected as a member of the 2016 Class of Henry Crown Fellows of the Aspen Global Leadership Network at the Aspen Institute.
David Wu serves as a Partner at Maveron. He joined Maveron in 2012 to help identify new investments in emerging consumer Internet companies. Wu is a successful entrepreneur, technology executive and angel investor who began his two-decade career in the computer and Internet industries, writing a few hundred thousand lines of C++ code at Scitor and Synopsys. He subsequently spent 10 years at Homestead.com, where he was chief product officer, CFO and COO, helping grow the company to more than 400,000 paying subscribers and its eventual acquisition by Intuit for $170 million in 2007. Following the acquisition of Homestead, Wu managed a variety of Intuit's businesses as a vice president in the Small Business Group, including QuickBooks Online and Intuit.com. At Intuit and Homestead, Wu worked with Homestead board member, Intuit Board Chairman and Maveron Senior Advisor Bill Campbell, who recommended Wu to Maveron. Wu led Maveron V's investments in Darby Smart and Aria Innovations and serves on each company's board. He sourced and led Maveron IV's investment in August Home, where he was a board member, as well as several Maveron seed investments. Wu has strong ties to the Silicon Valley entrepreneurial community. Prior to joining Maveron, he invested in 22 startups, including SeatMe, Practice Fusion, Sociable Labs, Postmates, Beautylish and Taulia (at June 30, 2014, this portfolio was marked at 4.4x cost). He can often be found coaching and mentoring entrepreneurs at Stanford Business School and top Bay Area incubators, such as Y-Combinator, AngelPad, 500Startups and Stanford's StartX. He recently served on the Board of Directors of Maveron IV portfolio company, SeatMe, which was acquired by Yelp (NASDAQ: YELP) and as the Internet Committee chair on the Deal Screening Committee for the Band of Angels, Silicon Valley's oldest seed-funding organization. Wu is a Bay Area native and holds a BS in electrical engineering and a BA in economics from Stanford University.

Philip Rosedale is a Co-Founder and serves as the Board Member, Chief Executive Officer and President at High Fidelity. He also serves as Co-Founding Advisor of Akili Interactive Labs. Rosedale co-founded High Fidelity to make virtual reality spaces in 2013. He invested in startups such as Milk, Sunglass.io, Akili Interactive, and Crowdfunder. He was also chief technology officer at RealNetworks. Prior to this, he founded Coffee & Power. He founded San Francisco-based Linden Lab in 1999, and has led the creation of the virtual world of Second Life from initial concept to a market-leading virtual world, with a robust economy and a global population. As a pioneer in the virtual world industry, Rosedale is actively involved in the strategy, development and design of Linden Lab's products, including the world of Second Life and the Second Life Grid platform. Rosedale is known for his entrepreneurial approach to new technologies, starting a network software company when he was 17. In 1995 he created an innovative internet video conferencing product, which was later acquired by RealNetworks, where he went on to become Vice President and CTO. In 1999, the advent of consumer broadband and better PC 3D graphics inspired Rosedale to leave RealNetworks and found Linden Lab, pursuing his lifelong dream of creating an internet scale virtual world. Rosedale holds a BS degree in Physics from the University of California at San Diego.
Richard Rosenblatt is a Co-Founder of WhipClip and serves as its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. He is a Senior Advisor at Raine Group. As a serial entrepreneur, Rosenblatt's latest venture is Demand Media, a company he co-founded in May 2006 and where he serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. He has built, operated, and sold over $1.3 billion of internet media companies. Most recently, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Intermix Media, and Chairman of Myspace.com. Joining Intermix in March 2004, Rosenblatt led a successful turn-around of its existing business, helped the management team grow Myspace.com from an unknown web site to one of the most popular properties on the internet, developed a number of new internet media properties, and significantly increased shareholder value. During his eighteen months as CEO of Intermix, its public market capitalization grew from seventy million dollar to over $650 million, when it was acquired by News Corporation (NYSE: NWS) in October, 2005. In 1999, Rosenblatt sold iMALL (NASDAQ: iMAL), a company he founded in 1994 and served as Chairman and CEO, to Excite@Home (NASDAQ: ATHM) for $565 million. He also serves as non-executive chairman of iCrossing, a leading digital and natural search firm.
